Aims:: • To maintain pupils‘ interest in their mother tongue; • To motivate pupils to find the link between different languages; • To develop dictionary skills; • To promote interest of European culture; • To enhance communication skills.
Work process:: After to get to know each other (representing themselves and theirs schools), the participants will work on different tasks in order to discover the similarities and differencies of the phrases and sayings in various European languages.
Expected results:: Our pupils‘ lively interest in their own mother tongue and other European languages; a website/postcards or bookmarks of variuos phrases and sayings illustrated by all participants.
