English classes in PLO PŁ - Difference makes no difference

Dokumentacja projektu na: http://new-twinspace.etwinning.net/web/p41737/welcome Status: closed Aims:: The language project which aims to develop the students' speaking abilities with foreign students on certain subjects, about which they first will draw pictures of the words( be it 'war, peace, equality, humanism') they learn. And they will try to chat either by online or write letters to each other, During the learning process they will make the posters on the walls, ( to convey certain messages about brotherhood, culture andthe mentioned above. As you know a languge acqisition cannot be considered without culture (at least we think it so) there will be exhibitions on local tastes, clothes, special days and historically important touristic places- also the mysteries of well places which are actually not known-. Besides, we aim making the students be aware of that 'difference makes no difference'.
Work process:: The first thing to do is to teach learners ICT and the usage of Windows Movie Maker, MP3 files, Wavepad, Hot Potatoes. Then they will use these programmes and prepare their own files. The vital part which is aimed in this Project is to Exchange with each partners. By means of this Project they will learn English other cultures in Europe
Expected results:: The students wll be able to communicate in a foreign language and appreciate a new culture, they will also be aware of the importance of humanism and brotherhood together with the uselessness of misanthropy.
